Paul Soriano admits that Toni Gonzaga is his “First Love”

Award-winning filmmaker, Paul Soriano is the director of an upcoming film entitled “First Love.” During one of the movie’s press conference, Paul answered who his ‘first love’ is. Without hesitation he said:

“My first love is my wife. Because it’s the moment I knew she was my last when I said ‘I do’ and I said, ‘I’d spend the rest of my life with you.’ She’s my first love.”

He and his wife, Toni Gonzaga have been husband and wife for three years now. They have a 2-year-old son named Severiano Elliott who everyone calls by the name, Seve.

After being married for three years, Paul expressed that he is experiencing a whole other kind of love.

“Now I am able, through her, to experience a love like I’ve never experienced before through my son, Seve. It’s beautiful.” 

At the press conference, Paul was also asked about Toni’s absence during the ABS-CBN Ball 2018. According to him, it was their son’s second birthday and that they have already planned a trip for that day months before the Ball was announced. His family flew Los Angeles to celebrate baby Seve’s birthday.

“We already planned the trip. Even me, I’m in the middle of promoting the film, I took a week off to celebrate the second birthday of my son Seve in Los Angeles, where I am from. I want to show him where I was born.” 

Of course, the press didn’t skip the question regarding their plans on having another baby. Paul admitted that they definitely want another child. As of now, however, they are still enjoying their first born and therefore has no plans of having another child in the near future.

Paul’s upcoming film “First Love” will be starred Bea Alonzo and Aga Muhlach. It is under Ten17P, Star Cinema, and Viva Films. The movie will premiere on October 17, 2018, in cinemas nationwide.
